Easy. Just select your products and ‘Add to Shipping Quote’. We’ll send you an invoice for payment generally the same day or on the very next business day. Your invoice will have shipping calculated and discounts applied (if applicable) and all you’ll need to do is click on ‘Complete your Purchase’ and finalise payment.

This process allows us to source the very best in shipping prices for you and also apply any discounts with absolute transparency.

In most cases orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. You should expect to receive a notification with your shipping details once your order is despatched.

For unshipped orders, you can contact us and we'll be happy to change details. For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

After placing your order, we may need 1 - 2 days to prepare the order. This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include the shipping time. You'll be notified when your order is shipped or when there is any delay. Please make sure your email address is correct and please check your mailbox spam folder as well. If you can't find an email within 2 days after you've placed your order, please contact us .

Yes, we will email your invoice for your acceptance once we’ve calculated shipping costs and applied any discounts (if applicable). A printed copy of your commercial invoice will also accompany your order.

When you submit a quote request via our website, we will email your invoice for payment within 24 business hours. Once paid, your order will be shipped within 1 – 2 days.  

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder.
