Equipment used daily: Service every 6 months
Occasional use: Service every 12 months
Regular maintenance of your power equipment is vital if you want maximum results! Rest assured that we understand your power equipment is a valuable and hardworking asset and we aim for a very speedy turnaround. As such, power tools are awarded priority service status, ensuring that your equipment will be returned to you swiftly and in great working order. We endeavour to have your power equipment back out on the road to you within 48 hours!
Please note: To optimise the life and efficiency of your equipment, tools must be cleaned after each use. Most equipment is “water resistant” not “water proof”. We DO NOT recommend leaving handpieces to soak in buckets. Handpieces must be washed and dried immediately and stored away correctly.
Sending Power Equipment in for repairs ... When sending your equipment in for service and / or repairs, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number. You'll need to include a brief description of any problems occurring or if you're just sending your tools in for a general service. If you prefer, you can contact our office to discuss issues at length. Once we receive your power equipment, work will begin immediately.
Most power equipment manufacturers recommend at least 1 annual overhaul (gears, bearings, disc, etc) and comprehensive service of your power equipment which should be carried out an approved service centre*.
